Estate Planning Basics for Low-Income Seniors

This is a training for volunteer attorneys who want to help Prince George’s County seniors with estate planning.

  • Drafting wills
  • Drafting Advance Medical Directives
  • Drafting Financial powers of attorney
  • Ethical issues when representing seniors with estate planning

REGISTER ONLINE

Training is FREE to attorneys who complete a pro bono commitment within one year of completing the training. Malpractice insurance, access to a mentor and case support included.
